Unit price versus landed cost

A landed cost sheet for THC vape has five lines: unit price, packaging, freight, duty and the cost of defects. Quoting only the first line is how buyers end up surprised at the fourth.
We publish a realistic band of 3.30 to 10.29 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Choosing the core line
A practical starting order for convenience store chains is 300 units across two or three SKUs, not 300 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
Most convenience store chains arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. Flavour drift between batches is the quiet killer of repeat orders. We retain a sealed reference sample from every run so a complaint six weeks later can be compared against what actually left the building.
A 0.5 percent defect rate sounds excellent until it lands on a 600 unit order and you are handling three returns in a week. We quote realistic rates per category and we credit in advance for the known failure modes.

Getting the documents right

Age verification is not only a website problem. Retail packaging, shelf placement and staff scripting all carry compliance weight, and auditors increasingly ask for evidence of all three.

What documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate pack for your market: test reports, declaration of conformity and safety data sheets. We send scans before dispatch so your broker can pre-clear the file.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Split shipments are quoted separately because consolidation and splitting price differently. Tell us the destination list at quotation stage and we will show both options.
