Shipping without surprises
Buyers come to us for THC vape after a bad quarter: dead stock on one side, empty shelves on the other. The cause is usually the same, an assortment built from a catalogue instead of from sell-through data. This page explains how we rebuild that balance for convenience store chains.
Documentation travels with the goods: commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate set for your market. We send a scanned copy before dispatch so your broker can clear the file in advance.
Freight on THC vape products is driven by volume more than weight. Cartons are designed to hit a clean pallet count, which is why a slightly denser pack can cut your landed cost by more than a discount on the unit price ever would.
Reading a quotation properly
We publish a realistic band of 3.53 to 9.38 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For convenience store chains the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
Quality control, in plain terms
Leak complaints almost always trace back to one of three things: an over-torqued centre post, a seal that sat in a hot container, or a fill volume pushed past the design limit. We cap fill volume slightly below maximum for exactly that reason.
We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.

The reorder is the real test
Technical questions usually arrive at the worst possible moment, which is why we answer them on WhatsApp as well as email. A photo and a two line message resolves most issues faster than a ticket.
The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.
